Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Terms
By registering for the retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all participants, including anyone attending with you.

Registration & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of €600 is required via bank transfer to secure your spot.
• The remaining €800 must be paid in cash upon arrival at the retreat.
• Your participation is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
• If you are attending with a friend and wish to share a room, please let us know after submitting your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• The €600 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your participation in the retreat, for any reason. It secures your spot and covers essential upfront costs.
• No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 60 days before the start of the retreat.
• No refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, or missed meals.
• In the case of a medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If the retreat is cancelled by the organizers, a 100% refund of all payments will be issued.
• If the retreat is cancelled by the organizers - whether due to low participant numbers or other unforeseen reasons - all payments made for the retreat will be fully refunded. However, we are not responsible for reimbursing any personal expenses such as flights, accommodation, or other costs not included in the retreat fee.

What’s Included

• Full 4-day retreat program
• One-way Transfer from Rome to Calcata
• All sound meditations, workshops, masterclasses & playshops with Grotta Sonora
• Daily yoga & breathwork sessions
• Vocal activation session
• Accommodation in shared twin apartments (2 people per room)
• Two vegetarian meals per day (breakfast & lunch)
• Welcome dinner on Thursday
• Assistance with luggage during check-in & check-out
• Optional photo session in nature (forest or by the Treja River)

Not Included

• Flights to Italy & Transportation from Calcata to Rome
• Travel insurance
• Accommodation or meals outside the retreat dates
• Dinners (except Thursday) and other personal expenses

Accommodations & Meals

• All meals served will be vegetarian.
• If you require vegan, gluten-free, or allergy-friendly meals, please inform us at least 60 days before the retreat so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Code of Conduct
This retreat holds space for presence, connection, and inner healing.
Participants are expected to:

• Be respectful, kind, and mindful toward all others
• Follow basic health and safety guidelines

Any form of disrespectful behavior, including harassment, violence, or substance abuse, may lead to removal without refund.
